- Wasserfest: Für Aktivitäten im Wasser ist ein wasserfester Sonnenschutz besonders wichtig.
- Ausreichende Menge: Verwende eine großzügige Menge Sonnenschutzmittel und verteile sie gleichmäßig auf der gesamten Haut.
- Regelmäßig erneuern: Besonders nach dem Schwimmen, Schwitzen oder Abtrocknen solltest du den Sonnenschutz erneuern.
